Hi Andrew! After an awesome year and two thirds in 79 Osborne Avenue I'd like to give you notice on my room. I'm - to move on by the end of march if that is possible? I'm downsizing a bit next year as starting a bit of a more hectic job. Thanks for putting us up for all this time, its been a pleasure having you as a landlord.
